Ski

Skiing 's the major activity in Chamonix. It's a century of Alpine history. It's simply the best way to travel in the mountains in winter. It is also an activity that is available in several modes: off-piste skiing (from the ski lifts and groomed trails out / tagged), ski mountaineering (the use of technical climbing is sometimes necessary to reach ski slopes, sometimes stiff), ski touring (we use the skins to reach otherwise inaccessible slopes), raid ski (several days ski tour), etc. ...

And of course the "Vallee Blanche" with its 24 km of descend in a magnificent setting, a must ski off-piste, with many possible variations depending on your level.

Level : 1 for the "Classique"  til 3 for the "Envers du Plan"

Dates : from half-december to half-april (depending on the snow conditions)

Descent of the "Vallée Blanche" : 280 € for 4 persons (supplt : 15 € per person extra) ; 8 persons maximum

Off-Piste day : 300€ per person, 6 persons maximum

Price includes : guiding, and the provision of a harness and a ARVA per person
